Bimi® Frittata au brocoli et au fromage de chèvre

Ingrédients

  • 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive extra vierge
  • 6 oz Bimi® Jeunes brocolis, lavés
  • Sel et poivre
  • 10 eggs
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp freshly minced dill
  • 8 oz goat cheese, crumbled

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Heat a 10” cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil.
  3. Ajouter le Bimi® baby broccoli and sauté for about 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat.
  4. In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, dijon, green onion, dill, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper until completely combined. Stir in the crumbled goat cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed Bimi® baby broccoli in the cast iron skillet, then immediately place into the oven and bake for 25-30 minute or until the center has set and the top begins to brown slightly.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
