Bimi® Salade de brocoli et saumon au miso à la poêle

3 tbsp white miso paste
2 garlic cloves, minced
1” knob ginger, grated
2 1/2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
2, 6-8 oz salmon filets
8 oz de Bimi® Jeunes brocolis, lavés
Oignon vert tranché, pour décorer
Graines de sésame, pour décorer
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl whisk together the miso, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
Placer le Bimi® Baby Broccoli onto the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with 2 tbsp of the miso mixture. Toss until everything is completely combined then spread the Bimi® baby broccoli evenly over the baking sheet, leaving the center empty for the salmon.
Place the salmon filets into the center and spoon the remaining miso sauce over the top.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked to desired doneness and the Bimi® baby broccoli is tender but crisp. Roasting time may vary depending on the thickness of the salmon filets.
Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!
