Bimi® Salteado de brócoli y champiñones

Ingredientes

  • 1 tbsp white miso paste
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1” knob fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • ½ tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • ½ large sweet onion, sliced
  • 12 oz sliced mushrooms of choice
  • 10 oz Bimi® Brócoli pequeño, lavado
  • Sliced green onion, to garnish
  • Sesame seeds, to garnish

Cómo llegar

  1. Add the miso, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and cornstarch to a small mixing bowl. Whisk until completely combined, then set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet or deep saucepan over medium heat. Once hot, add the oil.
  3. Add the sliced onion and mushrooms to the pan, followed by a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir then cover and let cook for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Añadir el Bimi® baby broccoli to the pan and stir, then place the lid on to steam for another 4-5 minutes, or until the Bimi® El brócoli bebé está tierno pero crujiente.
  5. Add the sauce to the pan and cook for another 2-4 minutes, stirring frequently as the sauce thickens.
  6. Pour into desired serving dish and garnish with sliced green onion and sesame seeds if desired and enjoy!
