Heat a 10” cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil.
Add the Bimi® baby broccoli and sauté for about 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat.
In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, dijon, green onion, dill, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper until completely combined. Stir in the crumbled goat cheese.
Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed Bimi® baby broccoli in the cast iron skillet, then immediately place into the oven and bake for 25-30 minute or until the center has set and the top begins to brown slightly.
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
