Ingredients

Bimi® Baby Broccoli Fries

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 bunch of Bimi® Baby Broccoli
  • Fresh lemon slices, to serve

Directions

  1. Make the sauces: mix all of the ingredients together for each individual sauce and set aside.
  2. To make the fries: preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a shallow mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. In another shallow mixing bowl, whisk together the breadcrumbs, spices, salt, and pepper until combined.
  5. Dredge each stem of Bimi® Baby Broccoli first in the egg, allowing any excess to drip off, then into the breadcrumbs until fully coated. Place on the lined baking sheet and repeat with the remaining broccoli.
  6. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown and the Bimi® Baby Broccoli is tender.
