Bimi® Baby Broccoli Naan Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 6 Bimi® Baby Broccoli
  • 2 large naan
  • Olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 burrata ball
  • Hot honey, to drizzle
  • Red pepper flakes, to garnish
  • Flaky salt, to garnish
  • Lemon wedges, to garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Slice each piece of the Bimi® Baby Broccoli in half lengthwise. Spray or drizzle olive oil over the Bimi® baby broccoli and toss with your hands until completely coated. Set aside.
  3. Place the naan bread on a large baking sheet and drizzle each one with olive oil and brush all over.
  4. Sprinkle ½ cup of the shredded mozzarella over each naan, then divide the sliced Bimi® baby broccoli between each naan.
  5. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until the naan is golden on the outside, the cheese has melted, and the Bimi® baby broccoli is tender but crisp.
  6. Tear the burrata into pieces and place onto each naan pizza.
  7. Garnish with a hot honey drizzle, red pepper flakes, flaky salt, and a fresh squeeze of lemon if desired.
