Slice each piece of the Bimi® Baby Broccoli in half lengthwise. Spray or drizzle olive oil over the Bimi® baby broccoli and toss with your hands until completely coated. Set aside.
Place the naan bread on a large baking sheet and drizzle each one with olive oil and brush all over.
Sprinkle ½ cup of the shredded mozzarella over each naan, then divide the sliced Bimi® baby broccoli between each naan.
Bake for 7-8 minutes or until the naan is golden on the outside, the cheese has melted, and the Bimi® baby broccoli is tender but crisp.
Tear the burrata into pieces and place onto each naan pizza.
Garnish with a hot honey drizzle, red pepper flakes, flaky salt, and a fresh squeeze of lemon if desired.
