2 pkg Bimi® Baby Broccoli
1 cup table vinegar
2 tablespoons sea salt
2 teaspoons cane sugar
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon peppercorns
3 sliced pieces of ginger
1 teaspoon cumin
Further spices to taste
Directions
Wash the Bimi® Baby Broccoli, cut off the stem ends and carefully place in clean preserving jars.
Bring the vinegar, salt, sugar, water and spices to the boil and immediately pour over the vegetables. Then seal well, turn the jar upside down and leave to cool.
Leave the jars tightly closed in a cool, preferably dark place for at least 4 to 6 weeks. The jars will keep for about 12 months in the refrigerator.
