Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the oil, chopped broccoli, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Sauté for about 7-10 minutes until soft but still have a slight bite. Set aside to cool slightly.
In a food processor add the plain cream cheese, white cheddar, garlic powder, chives, and the sautéed Bimi® Baby Broccoli.
Pulse until the Bimi® Baby Broccoli has broken into small pieces, scraping down the sides as needed. Be careful to not blend until smooth, you want some small pieces in there.
