Add the miso, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and cornstarch to a small mixing bowl. Whisk until completely combined, then set aside.
Heat a large skillet or deep saucepan over medium heat. Once hot, add the oil.
Add the sliced onion and mushrooms to the pan, followed by a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir then cover and let cook for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Add the Bimi® baby broccoli to the pan and stir, then place the lid on to steam for another 4-5 minutes, or until the Bimi® baby broccoli is tender but crisp.
Add the sauce to the pan and cook for another 2-4 minutes, stirring frequently as the sauce thickens.
Pour into desired serving dish and garnish with sliced green onion and sesame seeds if desired and enjoy!
