Roasted Bimi® Baby Broccoli with Lemon + Parmesan

This super simple and super flavorful dish will be your go-to sidekick. It pairs well with just about anything!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Bimi® Baby Broccoli, rinsed
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the Bimi® Baby Broccoli onto a prepared baking sheet and generously drizzle with olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, and the garlic powder. Use your hands to massage the oil into the broccoli until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Roast the Bimi® Baby Broccolii for 12-15 minutes or until the Bimi® Baby Broccoli is fork tender but still crisp.
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the freshly grated parmesan and lemon zest. Toss, serve immediately, and enjoy!
