Air-fried Bimi® Baby Broccoli with Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Bimi® Baby Broccoli, washed
  • Olive or avocado oil spray
  • Salt and pepper
  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2-4 tbsp water
  • ⅓ cup chopped almonds

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 425 degrees. Place the Bimi® baby broccoli in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed, and spray with cooking oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Air fry on 425 degrees for 8 minutes until tender but crisp.
  2. While the Bimi® baby broccoli is cooking, whisk together the tahini, maple, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic clove, and a pinch of salt and pepper until combined. Add a tablespoon of water at a time until a smooth and pourable consistency is reached. Taste and add more salt if needed.
  3. Place the Bimi® baby broccoli on a serving platter and drizzle with desired amount of the tahini sauce, followed by a sprinkle of chopped almonds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
